Been considering this for a while... but should I branch out into a 3rd acount that has all just traditional paintings/crafts/drawings and keep this account strictly digital/contest stuff?

One for drawing/crafts/paintings and one for photography seems good enough 
Art is art, whether it's traditional or digital. Photography is as well ofcourse but photography sometimes is uploaded with a lot of pictures at once. That's why I think it's very useful to keep that on a seperate account so that your drawings aren't hidden under a flood of pictures ^^
